Saline Nasal Irrigation
- Mix 1/4 tsp. salt and a "pinch" of baking soda in 1 cup warm water.
- Sniff solution from a cupped hand or, using a bulb syringe, spray solution gently into nasal cavity.
- Repeat several times.
