At the heart of APCP is Cayce Tangeman, M.D. As a board certified Family Physician, Dr. Tangeman is uniquely qualified to treat people of all ages. She provides complete primary care services including annual physicals, sick visits, preventive screenings, diagnostics, management of chronic illnesses, and minor surgical procedures.
Dr. Tangeman was born and raised in South Carolina and chose to remain in South Carolina through many years of medical training and residency. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. She spent an additional three years at the AnMed Family Medicine Residency Program in Anderson, S.C. where she was honored with the Rotary International Service Above Self Award for her "Unconditional Love and Dedication to Humanity and Medicine."
